About 25 minutes North of Royal Thai Residence is the all wooden temple called The Sactuary of Truth (Prasat Sut Ja-Tum). It is not a traditional temple which houses monks and services, but it is an expansive, 50-year art project to honor traditional carving methods and Buddhist and Hindu motifs around a complex philosophy.
There are a number of activities to engage in, apart from taking in the immense intricacies of the wooden temple. There are 4 wheelers, speed boats, cultural shows including Muay Boran demonstrations, elephant riding, horse back riding, horse-drawn carriages, slow long boat rides, among others. Lots to do, lots to take in.
